We stopped by the Trout Shop a couple of times last week for breakfast.  I must say, they do a nice job.  They serve a great cup of coffee and put together some nice meals.  My favorite this last trip was the breakfast sandwich w/potatoes.  The sandwich comes on a big english muffin and contains a large serving of eggs, bacon and cheese.  It was so large that I take the top off the sandwich and eat it with a knife & fork.  They also have little bottles of Marie Sharp's hot sauce on each table.  The one made with habaneros, carrots and lime went very nicely with breakfast.
